RE//FORM PLACE CHI is a Chicago-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit faith and community organization — a Spirit-filled, apostolic, and prophetic church where people meet God, discover purpose, and become who they were created to be.
We exist to reach souls, root disciples, release destiny, strengthen families, and reform culture from the inside out. This isn’t about religion. It’s about relationship, revelation, and real transformation.
